Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resealable condition.
    • Opened or used skincare products. (With problem in use)
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    • Opened or used skincare products. (Having no problem in use)
    • Items purchased during sales or promotions.
  3. Return Process

    • Provide your order number and reason for return.
    • Returns are subject to approval after inspection.
  4. Refund Policy
    • Refunds will be issued as store credit or to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  5. Exchange Policy
    • Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged products only.
    • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product for an exchange.
  6. Return Shipping Charges
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
